The data was shared by the minister for women and child development in response to questions raised by Parliament members. The projects and schemes under the fund are implemented by central ministries, state governments, and UT administrations. The ministry highlighted that delays in approvals, contract awards, and disruptions due to Covid-19 have affected implementation.
